My plug-in does not appear in Pro Tools

Under MacOS

If you are running a Mac, please make sure that you have installed the AAX version while Pro Tools is not running. Pro Tools cannot load VST, VST3 plug-ins or Audio Units, only AAX plug-ins.

Also, please make sure that your version of MacOS is supported (see the plug-in's system requirements).

Under Windows

On Windows, for Pro Tools 11 and newer, please make sure that you have installed the 64-bit AAX version in its default location, while Pro Tools is not running.

If you are running Pro Tools 10, please make sure that you have installed the 32-bit AAX version in its default location, while Pro Tools is not running (if the 32-bit version is still available).

Pro Tools cannot load VST or VST3 plug-ins, only AAX plug-ins.

Also please make sure that your version of Windows is supported (see the plug-in's system requirements).
