Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Invoices for purchases made on our website are automatically sent by email upon purchase (email title is [Blue Cat Audio] Invoice). If you cannot find the email, please check both your SPAM and TRASH folders (gmail sometimes move registration emails straight to the trash).

If you have purchased the software from another store, please contact them.

If you still have not received anything from us an hour after your purchase, or if you have lost the invoice email, please submit a ticket.
