My license code is not recognized ("Wrong License")
Have you made sure that you have entered the license code for the right software? (you can check the name of the software / plug-in in the title of the registration window).
Also, please make sure that you are using the license code for the right major version (V2 or V3 will not have the same license code as V1).
You may also want to check that there is no extra space character before or after the username and key, as this may sometimes happen when copying/pasting from the license email.
If you purchased the software from a third party, the registration information was actually sent by email upon registration. The serial delivered by the reseller is a redeem code used only once to retrieve the download link and registration key.
