I have made a purchase but have not received my download link

If you purchased software from our website, you should receive an invoice email and a download link within a few minutes. If you cannot find the email, please check both your SPAM and TRASH folders (gmail sometimes move registration emails straight to the trash).

If you still have not received anything from us within an hour, please submit a ticket.

If you purchased the software from another store, please contact them first.
